Recipe of the Day: Make Bhindi Coconut Masala with this method, your heart will be happy after tasting the taste!
Ingredients required:
Ladyfinger - one kilo
Fresh coconut - two cups
Tomatoes - eight
Red chilli - two teaspoons
Turmeric - two teaspoons
Oil - eight tablespoons
Onion - four (chopped)
Garlic - ten cloves
Ginger - four inches
Salt - eight teaspoons
Cumin - four Teaspoon
Coconut – 2 cups (grated)
Prepare it like this:
Grind onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and coconut coarsely in a mixer and put it in a vessel.
Now heat oil in a pan, crackle cumin seeds and add ground masala and salt to it.
Now add chopped lady's finger to it and cook for ten minutes.
Now add grated coconut to it and cook.
Now garnish with green coriander and taste.
