Required Ingredients:

  • 1000 grams white pumpkin (petha)
  • 300 grams sugar
  • 4 tablespoons ghee
  • 15 saffron threads
  • cashew nuts

You can prepare it in this way:

First of all, separate the peel of the pumpkin, grate it and squeeze out the water.

Now heat two spoons of ghee in a pan, add sugar to the pumpkin and cook it.

When the water dries completely, add two more spoons of ghee.

Now add saffron soaked in milk into it.

Finally, add cashew nuts and cook for two minutes.

In this way, your halwa is made.
