Recipe of the Day: Make peanut curry in the winter season, it will taste great.

 

Required Ingredients:

- Two cups of fresh curd

- Two tablespoons of Rajgira flour

- Four tablespoons of roasted peanut powder

- Rock salt, as per taste

- One teaspoon of sugar

- Two teaspoons of finely chopped coriander

- Two teaspoons of ghee

- Two Tablespoon ginger-green chilli paste

You can make it by this method:

First of all, you have to add curd, Rajgira flour and water in a vessel and mix it well.

Now heat ghee in the pan and crackle cumin seeds in it.

Now cook ginger-green chilli paste in it.

After this, fry peanut powder in it on medium flame.

Now add curd-rajgira flour mixture, rock salt and sugar and cook for five minutes.

-Now add coriander to this curry and taste it.
