Ingredients:
200 grams paneer, grated
2 tbsp oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp 2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instruction:
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them crackle.
Add chopped onions and green chilies. Fry till the onion becomes transparent.
Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add crumbled paneer and mix gently. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
