Recipe- Paneer kheer is best for diabetic people, it tastes amazing!

 

For those who are fond of eating sweets, it is difficult to say no when sweets are in front of them. But if these people are suffering from a disease like diabetes, then they have to pay attention to their test buds. Today we have brought you the recipe for Paneer Kheer, which can be consumed by people suffering from diabetes. 

Ingredients

3 cups of low-fat milk

1 cup low-fat paneer/ (grated)

2 tsp sugar substitute

1/4 tsp cardamom

Chopped almonds/pistachios (for garnish)

Way

* Take a wide pan and heat milk in it and cook on medium heat till it starts boiling.

* Keep stirring in between and keep it aside to cool completely.

* When cool, add a sugar substitute and cardamom powder and mix well.

* Now add grated paneer and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

* Kheer is ready to eat, serve it cold.
