Material:

Edible Gum

Wheat Flour

Desi Ghee

Powdered Sugar

Dry Fruits

Instruction:

To make gum laddus, first heat ghee in a pan.

When the ghee melts and becomes hot, add edible gum to it and fry on medium flame.

Fry the gum until it turns golden brown, then turn off the flame.

Take out the fried gum from the pan and let it cool for a while.

Crush the cooled gum or make a fine powder using a blender.

Heat the same pan and add some more ghee.

Then add wheat flour to it and fry it until it becomes light golden.

When the color of the flour changes, add ground gum and other dry fruits to it.

Turn off the flame, let the mixture cool slightly and then add the powdered sugar).

Mix the ingredients well and start shaping the mixture into laddus.
