Recipe Tip: You can make special restaurant style missi roti at home

 

Ingredients required:

- Two cups of wheat flour

- Two cups gram flour

- Two small spoons of celery

- Two large spoons of kasoori fenugreek

- Two large spoons of finely chopped coriander leaves

- Salt as per taste

- Oil

- Two small bowls finely chopped onion

- A pinch of asafoetida

- A small teaspoon of turmeric

This is the easy method to make missi roti:First of all, put flour in a big utensil and mix gram flour, salt, celery, onion, asafoetida, turmeric, kasoori methi, coriander leaves, and oil in it.

Now knead it through water and keep it covered for twenty minutes.

After this, make the balls and bake the rotis on the griddle.

Now apply ghee and taste it.
