Essential Ingredients: 

  • Millet flour - 4 cups
  • Jaggery - 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds - 1 cup
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Oil - for frying

You can prepare it in this way:

First of all, heat a cup of water in a pan and melt the jaggery in it. 

Now mix millet flour and sesame seeds well. 

Mix water in it to make soft dough. 

Now make small balls of it and shape them into tikkis with your palms.

Some sesame seeds will also have to be applied on both sides of it. 

Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the tikkis. 

In this way your millet tikki is made.
