Ingredients

Spinach - 1 kg

Potato - 4

Tomato - 4

Cumin powder - 1 tsp

Red chili powder - 1 tsp 

Grated cheese - 3-4 tsp

Oil - As required

Tomato ketchup

Salt - As per taste

Method

Clean the spinach and chop it finely. After this, boil the potatoes and mash them. After this, mix spinach and potatoes in one place and mix well. After this add cheese to the mixture. Now you have to add cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt to it. After this, make round balls of this mixture. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the prepared tikkis in it. Serve with chutney and sauce.
