Recipe Tips: This season your food will be doubled with mint-coconut chutney

 

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of mint leaves,
  • 12 curry leaves,
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds,
  • pinch of asafoetida
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • a small grated coconut
  • 4 green chilies, finely chopped 
  • a tablespoon of roasted gram dal
  • oil.

Method:

You have to heat oil in a pan on medium flame and add curry leaves, mint leaves, and ginger and fry for some time. After this, add curry leaves, mint, ginger, coconut, green chilies, and gram dal in the mixer and grind it well. Now add salt and a little water to it and grind it again.

After this, you have to heat a tempering pan oil on the flame and fry it by adding mustard seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida and put it on the chutney. After this, you can eat it.
