Ingredients:

  • 500 grams fresh curd
  • 1 tablespoon chironji
  • 1 small bowl roasted makhana
  • 1 teaspoon ghee
  • 1 teaspoon roasted mustard
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 5 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons coconut powder.

Method of preparation:

You have to put curd in a bowl and blend it well and after that add sugar to it and also put two chopped banana pieces in the curd. Now on the other hand, heat two spoons of ghee in a vessel and put chironji in it. When chironji starts roasting and its color becomes light, add grated coconut to it. Now after this prepared mixture cools down a bit, mix it in a bowl of curd. Add cumin and roasted mustard on top. Now garnish with roasted makhana.
