Materials required

4 large tomatoes

100 grams of soybean tofu

1/2 cup fresh mushrooms

2 cups chopped vegetables

1/2 onion finely chopped

1/2 cup finely chopped garlic

1 teaspoon tamarind paste

1/2 teaspoon coriander

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1 tbsp tomato ketchup

1 tbsp oil

Salt as required

Recipe

> First of all, cut tomato and tofu into cubes.

> After this, wash and cut the mushrooms and chop the onion finely.

> Take a saucepan, add vegetables to it and boil on medium flame. Now add tofu to this mixture and let it boil for 2 minutes.

> After this, place a pan on medium flame and heat oil in it.

> Add onion to the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes. Now add sugar and tomatoes to the pan and fry for 5 minutes.

> Now mix all the ingredients. Add mushroom and onion mixture to tomato sauce.

> Now boil the mixture, add tamarind paste to it and stir for some time. Add salt as required.

> In this way your delicious tomato and tofu soup will be ready.

>Serve garnished with coriander and garlic.
