Recipe- Water chestnut flour barfi will make you forget all the tastes, know its recipe!

Everyone's mouth waters at the mention of "Barfi". We enjoy it on special occasions. Today we will tell you about Singhare Atta Barfi, which is quite unique. Its taste is so special that people of all ages like it. It is made with khoya (reduced milk) and green cardamom powder, which enhances its flavour. Let us know how you can make it.

Material:

1/2 cup water chestnut flour

2 tbsp ghee

1/2 cup khoya

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup water

1/4 tsp green cardamom powder

Recipe:

Add ghee to water chestnut flour and fry on low flame till the colour of the flour changes slightly. Be careful not to burn it.

Once roasted, take it out in a bowl. Also, fry the khoya lightly.

Mix roasted flour and cardamom powder in khoya and let it cool.

Add sugar in water in a pan and dissolve it on low flame.

Increase the flame and cook the sugar syrup until it thickens.

Remove the pan from the flame and add the khoya and flour mixture into it. Keep mixing it continuously.

Pour the mixture into a greased plate and let it set.

When it cools and sets, cut it into pieces with a sharp knife.

Serve water chestnut flour barfi in a serving dish.
