Summer Recipe: If you want to eat paan ice cream then make it like this

 

The weather is going on in summer and everyone likes to eat ice cream and kulfi during this season. In such a situation, if you also want to make ice cream at home, then today we are telling you a special recipe for making paan ice cream.

Ingredients

  • Betel leaves 4
  • 2 spoons Gulkand
  • 1 spoon Fennel seeds
  • 1 spoon Cardamom powder
  • 2 Bananas (cut into pieces)
  • 400 ml. milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Method:

First of all, you have to cut betel leaves in a mixer jar and after that, you have to make a paste by adding fennel, cardamom powder, gulkand, and banana. Now you have to add milk and beat it well one more time. After this, you have to put the prepared paste in the mold for making ice cream and keep it in the freezer to freeze. After 5 hours you can eat ice cream.
