Ingredients:
- 2 cups hung curd (thick yogurt)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
- 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, for frying
Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the hung curd, onions, capsicum, carrots, coriander leaves, breadcrumbs, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to form a thick mixture.

Take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into a small round patty.

Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Once the oil is hot, gently place the kebabs in the oil and fry until golden brown on all sides.
