10 children burnt to death, 37 removed by breaking windows

A major fire broke out in the infant ward (SNCU) of Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College in Jhansi at around 10 pm on Friday night. 10 newborn children were burnt to death in the accident. Their bodies have been recovered. After the fire incident, 37 children were rescued safely by breaking the window, who are undergoing treatment. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also come into action on the Jhansi fire incident, Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak, who was sent to the spot, said that the guilty will not be spared.
