Travel Guide: Here is the mysterious Reverse Waterfall in Maharashtra, where the water goes from bottom to top..

You must have seen many waterfalls, where water falls from a height. But there is also a place that reverses the meaning of the waterfall. Here the water falls upwards instead of downwards. Have you lost your senses? Let us tell you that the name of Ulta Jharna is Ulta Jharna. It is in Naneghat, Maharashtra, hence it is also called Nanughat or Nanu Ghat Falls. This waterfall is between Konkan Beach and Junnar City. Nana Ghat is believed to have been established by the Andhra Satavahana dynasty. The reverse waterfall of Nana Ghat is about 120 km from Pune.

The reason for the waterfall flowing in reverse?
According to science, any object falls on the earth due to gravity, but this Naneghat waterfall is against the force of gravity. The reason for the small gorge falling towards the top of the mountain instead of going down is the strong wind blowing here. The wind blows rapidly from the bottom to the top, making the waterfall appear to be flowing upside down.

Enjoy trekking
Naneghat is surrounded by forests and hills, and the place becomes even more beautiful during the monsoon season. You can reach Naneghat by comfortable trekking and enjoy this wonderful adventure along with seeing the inverted waterfall. One has to climb 4-5 kilometers to reach Ulta Fall, although there are other means to reach here, the fun of trekking is something else.
