To reach this fort, one has to pass through seven different gates. Their names are Pedal Pol, Bhairon Pol, Hanuman Pol, Ganesh Pol, Jorla Pol, Laxman Pol and Ram Pol etc. 

This fort was decided by the local Maurya rulers in the 7th century AD. Due to its spectacular and attractive view, this fort of Rajasthan has got a place in the UNESCO World Heritage Site list in the year 2013. This fort is situated at an altitude of 590 feet.
