Tadasana:
To do this asana, stand straight with both the legs joined together.
After this, join your hands and slowly inhale and pull the hands upwards.
After 10-15 seconds, slowly lower your hands and relax.
Vrikshasana:
Stand straight on both your legs.
Slowly place one foot on the inside of the thigh of the other foot.
After this, fold your hands and slowly inhale and move them upwards.
After 15-20 seconds, exhale and bring your hands down and stand on both feet.
Repeat the same step with your other leg.
Padangusthasana:
Stand with both your legs together and place your hands on your waist.
Now take a deep breath.
While exhaling slowly, bend forward and try to touch the toes of your feet with your hands.
After a few seconds, relax and stand straight.
Setubandhasana
Lie straight on the ground.
Place the palms of both your hands towards your feet next to your head.
Now raise your hips upwards while giving emphasis on your legs and hands.
Relax after 10-15 seconds.
Bhujangasana
Lie down on your stomach on the ground.
Keep your legs straight and place your palms beside you.
Lift your chest by placing weight on your palm.
Relax after a few seconds.
Paschimotanasana
Sit with your legs straight and both legs joined.
Raise your hands and slowly bend forward.
Try to touch your stomach with your thighs.
Relax after 15-20 seconds.
