Eng vs Aus: Jack Crawley achieved two big achievements with stormy innings in a Test match 

 

Based on a stormy innings of Jack Crawley (189), England has taken the lead in the first innings of the fourth Ashes Test match against Australia. In reply to Australia's 317, the hosts scored 384 runs for the loss of four wickets at the end of the second day's play. With this, England has achieved a lead of 67 runs.

Jack Crawley has registered two big achievements in his name with his stormy innings. He completed his fourth century in Test cricket off only 93 balls. Thus he scored a century for the first time in the Ashes series. He was successful in scoring the fourth-fastest century in the Ashes series for England.

For England, in 1902, Gilbert Jessop scored a century in 76 balls on the Oval ground, in 1981, Ian Bothan scored twice in 86-86 balls. Jack Crawley, however, missed out on his double century by only 11 runs.
