Glenn Maxwell broke this four year old record of Rohit Sharma

Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell played a stormy century in the second and third T20 match played against India in Guwahati on Tuesday. On the basis of this inning, he has broken the record of India's star opener Rohit Sharma.

This was the 100th match of Glenn Maxwell's T-20 career. He became the first cricketer to score a century in his 100th match. This is the biggest innings of any batsman in the 100th match of his international T20 cricket career. Maxwell played an unbeaten inning of 104 runs in his 100th match.

Earlier, the record of playing the biggest innings in the 100th T20 match was held in the name of Rohit Sharma. In the year 2019, Rohit Sharma played the biggest inning of 85 runs against Bangladesh in his 100th T20 match. Maxwell also equaled Rohit Sharma in terms of centuries. Both have four centuries each in T20 cricket.
