ICC ODI World Cup: Mitchell Marsh did this for the first time in the ODI World Cup 

 

Australia's opening batsman Mitchell Marsh (121) registered a big achievement in his name by scoring a century against Pakistan in the ICC ODI World Cup on Friday. This is Mitchell Marsh's first century in the ODI World Cup.

During this century innings, he made a partnership of 259 runs in 203 balls with Warner for the first wicket. This is the second century of Mitchell Marsh's ODI career. Earlier, he had scored a century against India in Sydney. During his second century of ODI career, Marsh faced only 108 balls.

During this stormy innings, Marsh hit ten fours and nine sixes. On the basis of this inning, Australia scored 367 runs for nine wickets. In reply, due to brilliant bowling led by Adam Zampa (four wickets for 53 runs) and Marcus Stoinis (two wickets for 40 runs), Pakistan was bundled out for 305 runs.
