ICC ODI World Cup: This happened for the first time in the World Cup 

A world record has been made in the World Cup match played between Pakistan and Sri Lanka in Hyderabad on Tuesday. In this match, four centuries have been scored from both the teams. This has happened for the first time in the World Cup. On the basis of century innings of Mohammad Rizwan (131 not out) and Abdullah Shafiq (113), Pakistan registered a world record victory over Sri Lanka in this match. 

Earlier, Kusal Mendis (122) and Sadira Samarawickram (108) played century innings to help Sri Lanka score huge scores. Mohammad Rizwan and Abdullah Shafiq ruined his innings. This is Pakistan's second consecutive victory in this World Cup. At the same time, for the first time in the World Cup, two Pakistani batsmen made the record of scoring centuries in the same match. 

For Pakistan, Rizwan played an unbeaten inning of 131 in 121 balls with eight fours and three sixes. He made a partnership of 176 runs for the third wicket with Shafiq (113 runs in 103 balls, 10 fours, three sixes).
