If this is true then Team India will not be able to score even 100 runs, 'disaster' is going to happen in Perth.

The Perth Test is going to start from November 22. Before this match, big news is coming out about the pitch of Optus Stadium. This news is not good at all for the batsmen of Team India. Actually, the pitch curator has said that the pitch of Perth can be different this time, and batting on it can be difficult. That is because the weather in Perth has been bad, there has been unseasonal rain, due to which there is a lot of moisture in the pitch. Due to the moisture on the pitch, the ball will move more and this will trouble the batsmen somewhere.

Moisture on the pitch and poor technique of Indian batsmen

The moisture on the Perth pitch means that Indian batsmen may face problems. Whenever the ball swings too much, often big batsmen fail. This was seen in the last Test series. The first match of the Test series against New Zealand was played in Bengaluru. There too the pitch was moist and Team India collapsed for just 46 runs. This has happened with Team India in Australia too. On the last tour of Australia, Team India was all out for just 36 in the Adelaide Test. That day too, a lot of swing was seen in the Adelaide pitch and now similar conditions are seen developing in Perth too.

What did the Perth pitch curator say?

Talking to the media, the pitch curator of Perth said, 'This is not the traditional pitch of Perth, the weather is also different. Grass has been left on the pitch and it is being rolled but due to the rain yesterday, the pitch was completely covered. There was no chance to work, so the pitch will remain moist and the ball will swing more.' The pitch curator further said that if the weather turns bad, the pitch will not dry and the upper surface will not be solid. In such a situation, double bounce can be seen on the pitch. If the cracks on the Perth pitch become bigger, then the batsmen will have to face more difficulties.
