IND vs ENG: Ignoring Rahane and Pujara, BCCI expressed confidence in this young cricketer, included him in the team in place of Kohli.

The five-match Test series between India and England is going to start from tomorrow. Virat Kohli will not be a part of the team for the first two matches of the series. BCCI has now given place to Rajat Patidar in the Indian team in place of Virat Kohli. Rajat Patidar has joined the Indian team in Hyderabad.

He is in great form right now, having scored an inning of 151 runs against England Lions in Ahmedabad last week. Patidar had also played a century inning of 111 runs in the practice match against Lions.

Rajat Patidar, who plays for Madhya Pradesh team, recently made his ODI debut in South Africa.

He could score only 22 runs in this match. Now he may get a place in the middle order in the first two matches of the Test series against England. Whereas Ajinkya Rahane and Cheteshwar Pujar have been ignored by BCCI. At the same time, the wait for Sarfaraz Khan to join the Indian team has increased.
