The biggest bid so far in the mini auction going on in Dubai for IPL 2024 has been made on Australian captain Pat Cummins. There has been a war between the teams to buy this fast bowler. Australia's world champion team captain Pat Cummins has been bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for Rs 20.50 crore. With this, he has become the most expensive player in IPL history.

There was a war between RCB and Sunrisers to buy Cummins. In the end, Cummins was successful in winning the match. His base price was Rs 2 crore. Earlier, England all-rounder Sam Curran was bought by Punjab Kings for Rs 18.50 crore.

Whereas, Rajasthan Royals, the champion of the first edition of IPL, spent Rs 7.4 crore for West Indies all-rounder player Rovman Powell. His base price was Rs 1 crore base price. There is a war between Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals to buy this cricketer. Ultimately Rajasthan Royals was successful in buying him.
