Notice to Dhoni in fraud case, court gave this order, know what is the whole controversy?

 

Jharkhand High Court has issued a notice to Mahendra Singh Dhoni. The former captain of Team India received this notice on November 12, in which he has been ordered to present his side in the fraud case. Dhoni has filed a fraud case against Mihir Diwakar and Soumya Das, who are Dhoni's former partners and investors of Arka Sports and Management Limited. Dhoni filed this case on January 5. Mihir and Soumya also filed a petition against Dhoni's complaint, which was heard on November 12.

The hearing in this case took place in the court of Justice Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi. After the hearing was over, a notice was sent to Dhoni to present his side, in which he has been ordered to appear and present his side.

Dhoni had filed a case in the fraud case of 15 crores

The former Indian captain had filed a complaint in January this year against Soumya Das and Mihir Diwakar, who have not only been Dhoni's business partners but also his good friends, in which he had alleged that both of them had misused his name and also committed fraud of Rs 15 crore.

Mihir Diwakar and Saumya Das approached the Jharkhand High Court in this entire matter, where they have challenged the decision of a judicial magistrate court in Ranchi. The same case was heard in the High Court. Now it remains to be seen how long Dhoni takes to present his side after receiving the notice. Because there is no concrete information in this matter as to by which date he has been ordered to present his side.

Dhoni, who is ready to play in IPL 2025, will soon be seen busy in its preparations. CSK has retained him for Rs 4 crore for the next season.
