Robin Uthappa told in a podcast that he has moved from Bangalore to Dubai so that his children do not have to struggle with the traffic here. Uthappa said, 'I have left my beloved city Bangalore because I feel that it would not be right to keep your children in a place where you spend half your life in traffic. This is the real reason.' Robin Uthappa revealed that recently he and his family were stuck in Bangalore's traffic jam for 4 and a half hours.

Robin Uthappa revealed in the podcast that when his daughter Trinity was born, she was not well. For her treatment, he had to go to a nearby clinic which was 3.5 km away from his house. It took him 45 minutes to complete this journey and it took him 4 and a half hours to return home. Uthappa revealed that for this journey, he also kept milk and food for his child in the car. So much of his time was wasted in the car and after this, he decided to leave the country to get rid of this problem.
Virat Kohli also lives in London for some such personal reasons. Recently Wasim Akram had revealed that when he spoke to Virat, he had told him that he can walk on the streets in London. He can roam around with his family, which is not possible in India. Perhaps this is the reason why Virat Kohli now lives in London with his family.
