Indian cricket team's star batsman Shreyas Iyer has bought property worth crores in Mumbai along with his mother Rohini Iyer. According to a report in Hindustan Times, he has bought a luxurious apartment in Worli area of Mumbai. The price of this new house of Shreyas Iyer is said to be Rs 2.90 crore.
The registration of this new house of Shreyas Iyer was done on 19 September. Recently, Shreyas Iyer was selected in the Mumbai team for the Irani Cup 2024. According to the paper records, this new apartment of the batsman is on the second floor of Triveni Industrial CHSL located in Adarsh Nagar, Worli.
Shreyas Iyer's new flat is 525 square feet. Its price is Rs 55,238 per square feet. Documents show that Shreyas Iyer paid stamp duty of Rs 17.40 lakh on September 19 and after that Rs 30 thousand was deposited as registration fee.
This is not the first house that Shreyas Iyer has bought in Mumbai, he has bought a house in Mayanagari before this as well. He has also bought a house in Lodha World Towers, one of the tallest buildings in Mumbai. In September 2020, he bought a 2,380 square feet house on the 48th floor of The World Towers.
