Team India did not give him a chance, and now Harshit Rana wreaked havoc in the Duleep Trophy

The Duleep Trophy match is being played between India C and India D in Anantapur. Harshit Rana, playing for India D, has wreaked havoc in this match which started on 5 September. Under the captaincy of Shreyas Iyer, his team was all out for 164 runs while batting first. Due to this, the team was in danger of a one-sided defeat, but Harshit broke the back of India C's batting by taking 4 wickets. Due to his lethal bowling, Rituraj Gaikwad's Team India C could only score 168 runs. This has brought life back into the match.

Harshit Rana has shown his prowess in the Duleep Trophy. He took important wickets of India C captain Rituraj Gaikwad and opener Sai Sudarshan as well as wicketkeeper-batsman Abhishek Porel and Manav Suthar. Harshit Rana, who performed brilliantly in bowling in the first match of the Duleep Trophy, was not given a chance to debut by Team India. Recently, the Indian team went on a tour of Sri Lanka, where Harshit was selected for the first time for the ODI series. However, he could only make it to the squad of 15. He did not get a chance to play a single match in the 3-match series.

Team India has to play a Test series against Bangladesh from 19 September. The squad for this has not been announced yet. The first match of the Duleep Trophy is being considered as a criterion for selection, after which the team will be selected. Before this, Harshit once again knocked on the door of the Indian team by introducing his talent.

Harshit Rana not only performed in this match but also did his trademark celebration. After sending India captain Rituraj Gaikwad to the pavilion, he celebrated taking his wicket by giving a 'flying kiss'. Since then, its video and pictures have gone viral on social media. He did the same celebration in the last season of IPL as well, after which there was a lot of uproar.

BCCI took strict action and deducted 100 percent of his match fee as a fine. Apart from this, he was also banned for one match. Still, he did not agree and after winning the final, he celebrated with a 'flying kiss' with the whole team. Now he has repeated the same thing in the Duleep Trophy.
