This star cricketer retired from international cricket in the middle of the World Cup

 

West Indies spin bowler Sunil Narine has retired from international cricket after not getting a place in the national team for a long time. He has given this information through a post on his Instagram page.

In this he also told that he will continue to play franchise cricket around the world. Under this, Sunil Narine will currently be seen playing in IPL. He came into limelight during the 2011 Champions League T20 and made his international debut for West Indies in the same year. 

Narine has taken 21 wickets in six Tests, 92 wickets in 65 ODIs and 52 wickets in 51 T20s. He last played an international match four years ago. Sunil Narine is counted among the star cricketers of IPL. He has been a part of the Kolkata Knight Riders team in the IPL for a long time.
