AI in India: The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has increased very rapidly in the last few years. Launched in 2022, the use of ChatGPT has now increased to a great extent in India. Indians have been slow to adopt AI chatbots for their work, but according to a new report, more than 90% of offices in India are now using AI chatbots in some way or the other.

This report has been prepared by a company named DeskTime. Data from January 2023 to March 2024 has been used in this report. DeskTime says that in the last few months, the number of people using AI tools in India has increased significantly. Because of this, companies are training their employees on these tools so that they can do office work in a better way. 

The report also states that by March 2024, more than 40% of India's employees are using ChatGPT in some way or other. However, this report does not tell what kind of work the employees are using ChatGPT for. This report includes data from 297 companies and their more than 14,000 employees.

ChatGPT is an AI tool that can help with answering simple questions and even writing difficult things. The use of such tools is expected to grow even faster in the coming times. For this, people must keep themselves updated on the use of these tools so that they can keep up with new technology. The report also states that big tech giants like Google and Meta are firing their employees and using AI tools in their place. However, the report also says that in the coming times, there will be many such tasks that only humans will be able to do better.
