It is especially beneficial for those who do not yet have a bank account linked to UPI. With the help of UPI Circle, you can allow your family and friends to make payments from your Google Pay account. Let us tell you about it. 

There are two modes in this feature

First method - Under this, you can allow your friend or family member to make payments up to a certain amount (up to ₹15000). This is a kind of limit, they will not be able to make payments more than this. 

Second method - In this, you get full control over the payment. In this, you can approve every payment yourself. Whenever another person makes payment to you from the account, you will get a request. Payment will be made only when you approve this request. 

How to start UPI Circle?

To activate the UPI Circle feature, first of all you must have a Google Pay UPI account. Also, the person to whom you want to allow payment should also have a UPI ID. Both of you should have the Google Pay app on your phone.

How to set up UPI Circle feature 

1. The person to whom you want to allow payment, will have to show their UPI QR code by going to the profile section in their Google Pay app. 

2. You have to go to the profile section in your Google Pay app and select the UPI Circle option.

3. Now you can scan the QR code shown by the other person or upload it from the gallery.

4. After this you have to choose whether you want to give full permission or want to give permission every time. 

5. The other person has to approve the request sent by you.

How to make payment with UPI Circle?

1. The person to whom you are giving permission to make payment will have to scan the QR and fill in the payment details.

2. If you have chosen the option of permission every time, then you will have to approve it before making the payment.

3. In the option of full permission, no permission will be required for payments up to ₹ 15000 per month.
