Explosions heard twice in 20 seconds
Brazil's Supreme Court said in a statement that two loud explosions were heard at about 7:30 pm after the session ended and all judges and staff safely left the building. A bomb was planted in the car.
The suspect had earlier planted an explosive device in a car in the parliament parking lot and there were no casualties, said Celina Leo, the lieutenant governor of Brazil's Federal District.
