Mukhyamantri Gramin Awas Yojana: If you are also a resident of Haryana state and belong to a low income group, then this news is of your use. Yes, the Nayab Singh Saini government of Haryana is planning to give a big gift to the people of low income group. A draft plan is being prepared by the state government to provide 100 yards of land to such people to help them build houses. Recently, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini had said that under the 'Mukhyamantri Gramin Awas Yojana', two lakh eligible beneficiaries will soon get 100 square yards of land plots.

Eligible applicants without land will get the benefit

"The dream of two lakh people in Haryana to have their own house is going to come true. In this regard, the government of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini is preparing the complete blueprint of the scheme. Under this initiative, eligible applicants without land will be given plots of 100 square yards in villages. Five lakh individuals have applied for plots in the state under the Chief Minister Rural Housing Scheme, the statement said. All eligible beneficiaries will get plots of 100 square yards in different phases. Out of which two lakh people are expected to get benefits soon.

According to the

statement, the government has made a provision to help the beneficiaries in building houses on plots of 100 square yards. Financial assistance will also be provided under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin) to help the beneficiaries build their own house. Director General of 'Housing for All' J Ganesan held a meeting with department officials to give necessary guidelines.

He said that the purpose of the scheme is to benefit these families so that they can build their own house. "The successful implementation of the scheme will help improve the lifestyle of poor families so that they can lead a safe and dignified life in their homes," Ganesan was quoted as saying in the statement.

Last week, the chief minister held a meeting with senior officials and directed that all necessary amenities like pucca roads, electricity, clean drinking water, street lights, parks and open green spaces should be ensured in the areas where plots of 100 square yards would be allotted.
