Gas cylinder: Gas cylinders became cheaper by this much, prices released
Good news has come for the consumers of commercial gas cylinders on the first day of April i.e. April 1. The news is that oil and gas marketing companies have reduced the price of commercial gas cylinders, giving relief to the common man. However, even today the consumers of domestic gas cylinders have not got relief.
There has been no change in the price of this cylinder. Today commercial gas cylinder has become cheaper by Rs 91.5 in Delhi and Mumbai. While this cylinder has become cheaper by Rs 89.5 in Kolkata and Rs 75.5 in Chennai. This cylinder will now be available for Rs 2028 in the national capital Delhi, Rs 2132 in Kolkata, Rs 1980 in Mumbai, and Rs 2192.50 in Chennai.
It is noteworthy that under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY), the subsidy of Rs 200 per LPG cylinder has now been extended by the Central Government for one year.
