2. Anu Agarwal
Anu Agarwal became an overnight sensation with the 1990 film Aashiqui. Her charm and talent won hearts, and she bagged multiple films. However, her flourishing career came to a halt after a tragic car accident in 1999. The accident left her in a coma for several days, and she also suffered memory loss.
