Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan has reportedly bought agricultural land worth Rs 12.91 crore in Alibaug near Mumbai. The deal was done earlier this month and the registration for the 1.5-acre land shows upcoming actress Suhana as an 'agriculturist'.

According to online documents, the registration deed dated June 1 shows that Suhana has purchased 1.5 acres of agricultural land along with three structures with a combined area of ​​2218 square feet in Thal village of Alibaug. Suhana paid a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakh for the purchase.

The property is now registered in the name of Deja Vu Farms Private Limited, in which Shah Rukh's mother-in-law Savita Chhibber and sister-in-law Namita Chhibber (Suhana's grandmother and aunt) are directors. The property is located close to Alibaug, a town in the Raigad district of Maharashtra and just an hour away from Mumbai.

The 23-year-old Suhana is looking forward to her grand Bollywood debut this year with Zoya Akhtar's The Archies, an adaptation of the Archie Comics characters and stories. As per reports, Suhana will be playing a character based on Veronique Lodge in the Netflix film, which also marks the Bollywood debut of Amitabh Bachchan's grandson Agastya Nanda and Sridevi's younger daughter Khushi Kapoor. The teaser of the film was recently unveiled at Netflix's Tudum event in Brazil.

Interestingly, Shah Rukh also owns a property in Alibaug from where Suhana has bought this land. According to reports, Shah Rukh has a sea-facing property in Thal village, which has a helipad and swimming pool. Alibaug is also home to several other Bollywood celebs, with the likes of Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma-Virat Kohli also having properties in the coastal city.
