Canara Bank: Now UPI payment can also be done through a credit card, Canara Bank has given this facility

There is good news for merchants making UPI payments through RuPay Credit Cards. The news is that Canara Bank has started a UPI payment facility for merchants through RuPay Credit Card. With this, this bank has become the first public sector bank in the country to provide UPI payment facilities through credit cards.

This facility has been made available to the merchants on the Bank's popular 'Canara AI1' banking super app. It has been launched by the bank in association with NPCI.

That is, merchants linked to the bank will be able to make UPI payments through their RuPay credit cards in addition to their bank accounts. Merchants can link their RuPay Credit Card with their UPI ID. According to Canara Bank, it will be very easy for merchants to transact through this secure digital payment system.
