In a shocking incident, a 40-year-old man allegedly sexually abused his 21-year-old daughter for over four years. The horrific incident has come to light from Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh. Police are currently searching for the man to nab him.

Police are searching for a 40-year-old man for allegedly raping his daughter for over four years in Madhya Pradesh's Chhatarpur district, an official said on Thursday.

According to the police, "We have launched a search to arrest the accused, who fled with his wife and 21-year-old daughter after a complaint was lodged at the Luvkush Nagar police station this morning."

Apart from registering a case against him for rape under the Indian Justice Code (IPC), the police have also filed charges under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act as the man had been allegedly raping his daughter since she was below 18 years of age.

The SP said that teams have been formed to arrest the person.
