Secrets from thousands of years before Christ are buried near Gangalakunta village in Palnadu district of Andhra Pradesh. Some such graves and monuments have been found here, which are said to be from the Stone Age. On receiving information about these monuments in this village located in Veldhurthi Mandal of the district, officials of Archaeological Survey of India including Peach India Foundation President Shivnagi Reddy have been informed. After this, writer Pavuluri Satish Kumar, journalist Upattutola Ramesh Babu and architectural researcher Pamulapati Srinath Reddy etc. reached the spot and inspected the stones.

It was found that all these stones are from thousands of years before Christ. During the investigation, it was also found that all these are graves and are from before the metal age. Actually, some people of the village were digging these pillars buried in the ground. They did not know what the meaning of these stones being here is. When someone saw people doing this, they stopped them and informed the authorities about the matter. After this, when these stones were investigated, their reality came to the fore. According to the officials, these stones are called Main Horses.

All these graves have been found in about three square kilometers around the Muggudinne canal on the banks of the Krishna river in the south-west direction of Gangalakunta village. According to archeology expert Shivnagi Reddy, all these graves are in the shape of a room. Four stones have been placed on the ground at the four corners and the body has been placed in the middle and covered with stones. Looking at these graves, it seems that at that time the tombs were built at a height of about twenty feet, so that they could be seen from a distance. Pictures of bull, muggu etc. are drawn on the stones of all these graves.

According to the local people, such stones have been seen many times in this area before, but due to lack of information and awareness, people remove these stones and start farming on that land. According to Shivnagi Reddy, the government should identify such places and make efforts towards their conservation. He said that by seeing or studying these tombs, one gets knowledge about the civilization and culture of that time. These archaeological heritages will help in knowing and understanding the ancient history.
