Lucknow: Safari car driven on railway platform, BJP flag was hoisted on top… passengers got in a panic

A Safari car with a BJP flag on it created a stir at the Charbagh railway station in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. The drunk rich people drove the car on the platform. The car was driven for 500 meters in the middle of the night. During that time, there was panic among the passengers. Hearing the screams of the passengers, the railway police reached the platform.

The police have detained the driver and another youth sitting in the vehicle. Both the youths were drunk. The police have seized the Safari vehicle. It was a good thing that no train had arrived at the platform when the vehicle was driven. If this had happened, a stampede could have occurred among the passengers and a major accident could have happened.

The incident of driving the vehicle on the Charbagh railway station platform is said to have taken place around 1 a.m. on Wednesday. Railway police have detained Hitesh Tiwari, a resident of Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow, and Shivansh Chaudhary, a resident of Banthra. They have also seized the Safari vehicle (UP 32 FA 8989). Police are investigating the matter. The vehicle had a Bharatiya Janata Party flag on it.

The drunk accused drove the car for about 500 meters on platform number one. Meanwhile, they reached the GRP station with the car. Seeing the car on the platform, there was panic among the passengers. The passengers started running here and there after collecting their luggage. The police came to know when they made noise. After this, the police became active and caught both the youths. The car has been seized. The car belongs to Hitesh Tiwari, he was driving the car. Shivansh Chaudhary was sitting with him. Both of them reached platform number 1 by taking the car from the ramp near the parcel house. The police have taken both the youths into custody and seized the car.
