Murder in Mumbai, killer on Nepal border... Shiv's confession about who shot Baba Siddiqui will shock you
Mumbai Police and UP STF have had a big success in the murder case of NCP leader Baba Siddiqui. Joint teams have arrested the wanted shooter Shiv Kumar and solved the entire case. Shiv Kumar was arrested from Bahraich in UP while he was trying to escape to Nepal. After the murder, he went from Mumbai to Pune, then reached Lucknow via Jhansi, and finally hid in Bahraich. Police have also arrested four other helpers of Shiv Kumar. The accused has revealed the entire plan of the murder.
On October 12, Baba Siddiqui, who was a minister in the Maharashtra government, was shot dead in Mumbai's Bandra East. The attackers fired two bullets on his chest when he was coming out of the office of his son and MLA Zeeshan Siddiqui. He was immediately rushed to the hospital but could not be saved.
Police said Shiv Kumar had fled after the murder, but his location was tracked after the arrest of his associates. He reached Bahraich from Mumbai via Pune, then Jhansi and Lucknow. His plan to flee to Nepal was foiled by the police and he was arrested from Nanpara, Bahraich. Four other accused, who had sheltered him, have also been arrested.
Mumbai Police says that Lawrence Bishnoi gang is behind the murder. Gangster Lawrence's brother Anmol, who is in Canada, had conspired for the murder. Shiv Kumar was promised Rs 10 lakh and money every month.
The arrested accused will be brought to Mumbai and produced in court and will be questioned to gather more information about the mastermind. The main conspirators of this murder, Shubham Lonkar and Mohammad Zeeshan Akhtar are still absconding.
