The cousin of the victim has registered a case in the police station.

The victim's family has also alleged that the school administration did not take action after the incident in the school. Rather, the victim was sent home bleeding and naked. The police took the child to the hospital and gave him medical treatment.

According to the report filed by his cousin with the police, his 9-year-old cousin studies in class 3 in a government school. On Saturday, 4-5 students of the school took him to a room of the school on the pretext of playing pranks and gang-raped him there.

He has also alleged that no one from the school administration came there despite the child's noise. The victim even complained to the school teacher, but even then the school administration did not take any action. He sent the child home in the same condition.

In this whole case, the head of the school said that the school has a staff of 5 teachers out of which 2 teachers have gone to the tournament and 2 teachers were on leave on Saturday. I had no knowledge of the incident. The child did not tell her anything and went home.
