Rajasthan government is going to give a big gift to Kota city. Let us tell you that the Heritage Chambal Riverfront is going to be inaugurated on 12th September and Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot will inaugurate it. A huge statue of Chambal Mata has been installed on the riverfront. 

According to media reports, the main attraction of Chambal Riverfront is the huge statue of Chambal Mata. It is made from 1500 pieces of marble from Vietnam. Statues of 5 elephants have also been installed below the approximately 242 feet high Chambal Mata statue. Along with the inauguration, the team of pundits will perform aarti every evening of Chambal Mata's idol. And the special thing is that an urn has also been placed on this idol. To supply water here, four high head pumps of 75 HP each have been installed, which will supply water to the Kalash through two pipe lines about one and a half feet wide. From where water will fall in the Chambal river from the urn of the idol. 

Chambal River Front is proposed to be inaugurated on 12th September. In such a situation, Congress leader Priyanka Vadra can also attend the inauguration ceremony. Currently Priyanka is on a tour of Sawai Madhopur and on Sunday she will address a meeting at Niwai assembly seat in Tonk district.
