All the four Shankaracharyas of the country are not attending the inauguration of Ram Temple on 22nd January. Many types of discussions are going on regarding this. Meanwhile, Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand of Uttarakhand Jyotish Peeth has given another big statement on Sunday and he said that Ayodhya Ram temple is incomplete. Therefore he will not be able to attend Ramlala's life consecration program.

If media reports are to be believed, Avimukteshwaranand said that this would be against religious texts. Shankaracharya said that the temple is the body of God, the spire of the temple represents the eyes of God and the 'Kalash' represents the head. The flag on the temple is the hair of God. Shankaracharya said that it is not right to consecrate a body without head or eyes.

This is against our scriptures. Therefore, I will not go there, because if I go there people will say that the scriptures have been violated. Shankaracharya of Uttarakhand said that there is a big controversy going on regarding the non-participation of four Shankaracharyas in the ceremony of 22 January.

There are four Shankaracharyas in Hinduism. According to the scriptures, he is the highest authority in Hinduism. The monasteries of these four Shankaracharyas are in Uttarakhand, Odisha, Karnataka and Gujarat. All four said that they will not attend the consecration ceremony of Ram temple.
