A man was doing obscene acts at Sector-61 metro station in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The metro station management took immediate action caught the accused and handed him over to the police. Station manager Rashid Ali has registered a case at Sector-58 police station.

According to the police, the accused has been identified as 25-year-old Karan Chauhan, a resident of Hapur Bahadurgarh and Sadarpur. The station staff showed alertness and caught the accused by flashing the message. According to Rashid Ali, this is not the first time Karan has done such an act. Even before this, he has done such acts in many public places.

This is not the first case of indecent behavior at a metro station. Earlier, on 13-14 August, a case of molestation of a female lawyer in the Delhi Metro came to light. In that incident, the female lawyer, a resident of Supertech Eco Village in Greater Noida, caught the accused with the help of her husband and handed him over to the Sector-39 police station.

Concerns about women's safety

Noida Police has taken strict action in this new case as well. A case has been registered against the accused Karan Chauhan and he has been sent to jail. Police officials say that they are taking such incidents seriously and will take strict action. These incidents have raised concerns about the safety of metro passengers, especially women. The Noida Metro administration has said that they will further strengthen the security system. CCTV surveillance will be increased at the stations and the number of security personnel will be increased.
