The Chief Minister of the state Naib Singh Saini has stated the case of the brutal beating of two migrant laborers in Charkhi Dadri, Haryana on suspicion of eating beef. Naib Singh Saini has said that there is a lot of reverence for cows in the villages. If they come to know that these people are creating such situations, then they are the people of the village, who will stop them.

On August 27, in Badhra village of Charkhi Dadri district, two migrant laborers were brutally beaten up by cow protection groups with sticks and rods. In this attack, Sabir Malik, a resident of West Bengal, died and another laborer was seriously injured. It was alleged that both laborers had consumed beef. Seven people, including two minors, have been arrested in the case.

Statement of Haryana CM

After the arrest of the accused on Saturday, Chief Minister Saini was questioned about the murder of the laborer by the mob. On this, he said, "Things like mob lynching are not right. We have also made a strict law inside the assembly for the protection of cows. There is no compromise on cows. There is so much reverence for cows inside the village that if they come to know that such things are being done, then they are the people of the village, who stop them, then what happened inside, and what did not happen."

However, CM Saini also said that such incidents should not happen. These incidents are unfortunate. I would also like to tell those people that they should not get involved in such resources, they should avoid it.

Seven people arrested

Haryana Police has arrested seven accused including two minors after this incident. These include Abhishek, Kamaljit, Ravinder, Mohit, and Sahil. DSP Dheeraj Kumar said that a case has been registered against the accused under the Indian Justice Code and the matter is being investigated. The accused have been sent on police remand and are being questioned.

'Stop spreading hatred in the name of religion'

In the viral videos of Charkhi Dadri, Jalgaon, and Meerut, Congress leader Alka Lamba has said that people are being beaten because they are minorities. She said that the PM says to identify them by their clothes. What they eat and what they don't. They are beaten to death just on this suspicion. She said that it is the same thing in Maharashtra, Haryana, everywhere. Stop spreading hatred in the name of religion. She launched a strong attack on the BJP and said that democracy is being murdered by the BJP. The BJP wants to end all rights.
