 Kolkata model and influencer Sannati Mitra, winner of the 2017 Miss Kolkata pageant, has stirred controversy by posting a video of herself dancing in a towel at Delhi's iconic India Gate. The video recreates a scene from Bollywood classic Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge. Mitra can be seen dancing wearing a white towel and slippers, mimicking Kajol's famous dance sequence from the film, Mere Khwabon Mein. Internet users are outraged by it, claiming that it "crosses all limits". In the clip, a shocked crowd, including children, watches her as she twirls and partially removes the towel, making the act even more shocking.
