Two orchestra dancers were kidnapped, forced to dance at gunpoint at a birthday party, and then brutalized, arrested in a police encounter
Two female dancers were kidnapped at gunpoint in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh. 8-9 miscreants who came in a luxury car fired three rounds and kidnapped them to make them dance at a birthday party. They were forced to dance. The drunk miscreants kept molesting them. The orchestra operator informed the police about this. As soon as the information was received, the police raided and recovered the two kidnapped girls. 6 miscreants have also been arrested. Two of these miscreants were caught in an encounter.
As soon as they got the hint of the police's arrival, two criminals fled from the spot. A reward of Rs 25,000 was announced against them. Police caught them in an encounter. Both the criminals are injured. Police have recovered several weapons and Nepali currency from the accused. They are being questioned. Further action will be taken after the investigation.
The incident occurred at the Gobarhi crossing of the Ramkola police station area of the district. Many female dancers work at Rakhi Orchestra located here. On the night of 8th September, 2 Fortuner cars came to the orchestra office. 8 to 9 young men in asked to take the female dancers with them to dance at a birthday party. The dancer girls refused to go with them because it was late at night. Angered by this, the young men opened fire and spread panic there. There was chaos there when the shots were fired. The miscreants who came in the car forcibly kidnapped two dancer girls.
The miscreants kidnapped both the dancers and took them to the village of Kaptanganj. They forced them to dance under the influence of alcohol. They were molested. The orchestra operator informed the police about this. Police became active as soon as they got the information. Taking immediate action, the police raided Kaptanganj. Both the female dancers were recovered from the spot. Seeing the police, two miscreants fled from the spot. Police arrested four miscreants. The two miscreants who fled were the main accused. Police announced a reward of 25 thousand on them.
On the orders of SP Santosh Mishra, a police team was formed to catch them. An encounter took place with the absconding accused Aditya Sahni and Nisar Ansari late at night near Parorha village in the Ramkola police station area. Both the criminals opened fire on the police. Both the criminals were injured in the police firing in self-defense. They were arrested.
